NWFL Wrap: Rivers Angels in Biggest Win As Bayelsa Queens and Nasarawa Amazons Suffers First Defeat

As the first stanza of the Nigeria Women Football league is gradually approaching the end with barely two matches to go, week six encounter saw Rivers Angels grabbing the highest number of goals scored in all the matches played across various centres.

DELTA QUEENS 1-0 BAYELSA QUEENS

ABIA ANGELS 1-0 NASARAWA AMAZONS
Meanwhile in Umiahia were it was a fierce encounter as Abia Angels defeated 10 man Nasarawa Amazons by a lone at the Umuahia Township Stadium courtesy of Blessing Echeipu well stroke penalty kick in the 22nd minutes to hands the host a comfortable win in a fierce encounter.

FC ROBO 0-0 PELICAN STARS
Pelican Stars succeeded in picking a point away from Lagos with a game plan that pave the path way for them as they held FC Robo to a goalless draw in a game that saw chances created and wasted by the host.
