The
Nigerian sporting environment lately have been thrown into various forms of
mourning and numerous deaths of players in the Nigeria Professional Football
League
Notable
Players in the NPFL have lost their life to the cold hands of death by reckless
driving while others sustain injuries along major roads in Nigeria.
After
the death of former Enyimba International and Kano Pillars defender Chinedu
Udoji, many lovers of the game were sad by the incident and thinks it was the
last that will befall the league and lovers of football across the country.
Recently
Niger Tonadoes of Minna have been thrown into mourning by the sudden death of
its player Hussaini Isah who was involve in an accident that took away his life

Isah death came to Niger Tornadoes as shocking and devastating news for the
club who saw him played against visiting Kwara United in week twenty one of the
NPFL

Meanwhile,
the captain of Niger Tornadoes Aliko Mustapha in a sober mood s while speaking

not quantify the loss but revealed that his team mate loss will affect the
team.
“Death is from God, I know that God loves him
more than me, to me he’s my boy my roommate, we do everything together and I don’t
know how to quantify it I don’t even kwon what to say because am down.
“Sure
the loss of Hussaini Isah will affect the team, I can’t even go to training, I pull
out of training after five minutes of play, but we will talk to the players and
psych them up”. Aliko Mustapha revealed
“Definitely
we will miss him because he is one of the simplest and humble players in the
team, very simple and jovial player that jokes with everybody, I will
personally miss him”. Aliko concluded.
The
solid mina defender was hit by a reckless motorcycle rider popularly called “Okada”
along Maitumbi Road in Minna, however he was rush to hospital where he finally
gave up.
Hussaini
Isah was suspended due to accumulation of yellow card and was part of the Niger
Tornadoes side that played a 1-1 draw against Kwara United on Sunday 11th
May, 2018 in a Nigeria Professional Football League week 21 encounter.
