Boma Iyaye charged Nine Real Madrid Football Academy Coaches to be good Ambassadors in Spain

The Rivers State Government sends nine coaches to Spain for a two weeks training course and certification on the development of raw talent for the Real Madrid Football Academy.
The Real Madrid Football Academy in Port Harcourt was set up by the Rivers State Government in partnership with Real Madrid Football Club of Spain to growm young promising talents for the state and Nigeria at large.
Speaking to www.kelvianomedia.blogspot.com.ng during the briefing at the Commissioner's office in Port Harcourt, The Commissioner for Sports Boma Iyaye said the Real Madrid Football Academy is near completion.
"We are excited as Rivers State Government to say that this event has finally taking place, this is something we have been working on for over the years. Most of you will attest to the fact that the project is on going and the project is 75 per cent completed".
Boma Iyaye also appeal to the nine coaches to be good Ambassadors of the Nigeria while in Spain.
"This is just the first stage there would always be further training for them depending on how you performed, it is not about been successful during the interview process, it about what you make out of this opportunity, most of you are retired footballers, most of you retired but still in football".
"You are leaving the shores of Nigeria for Spain, one of the best football academies in the world today, be a good ambassador of Rivers State while in Spain. When you get there you are an ambassadors of Nigeria. Iyaye cautioned".

Meanwhile, the project coordinator of the coaches for Real Madrid Football Academy Eldred Sunju-Abbey said the coaches will utilise everything to get the best of knowledge during the training tour in Spain, he said the coaches are determined to make the Academy the best in Africa.
Mr Eldred Sunju-Abbey seize the opportunity on behalf of the coaches to thank the Rivers State Government through the commissioner for sports in state for the wonderful gesture.
Former Dolphins player Victor Babayaro and former Sharks captain Odinga Odinga are among coaches to be trained for the Real Madrid Football Academy in Port Harcourt.
