Rivers Angels Takes Last League Action To Akure
Nigeria Women Football League Champions, Rivers Angels of Port Harcourt will be guests to Sunshine Queens of Akure in this week's Match Day 12 on Wednesday.
The League Champions who have already secured Super 4 qualification is still bent on getting an appreciable result as they file out against the Akure based team.
Wednesday's match will be the last game for the Jewel of Rivers as they wait for the big one later this year.
The Port-Harcourt side has gone unbeaten in their last four matches, a form which Head coach, Regina Akaraonye says they intend to maintain.
"I expect nothing short of victory on Wednesday," she said.
"We've been in a very good form of late and I believe the girls will
keep up with the momentum.

The former Rivers Angels skipper however said her side can only achieve her
aim if there was a level playing ground.
