Ibom Marathon: Organisers Announce November 30th As Deadline for Registration
As the deadline draws closer it is important to remind prospective participants and potential sponsors that the deadline for registration of the Ibom Marathon Race remains November 30th 2021.
It has been very encouraging the reaction from participants, and sponsors, the deadline for registration was moved from the initial date to allow more persons who have indicated interest and plan to participate register.
The race is for all and it will meet up with global standards and properly reward participants.
The 25.34km marathon billed for the 18th of December 2021 will kick-off at Itam Junction by the Flyover and terminate at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo in Akwa Ibom State.
Winner of the male category will bag ₦1.5m, first runner up ₦1, second runner up ₦750k. While the winner of the female category will earn ₦1M, first runner up ₦750k and second runner up ₦500k.
