The Federation took to their official Facebook handle to send their congratulatory message to Young the 'Nigerian Terminator'.

“The Nigerian Mixed Martial Arts Federation congratulates Lovethpathra ‘The Nigerian Terminator’ on her win against Reena Norville in the Legacy Fighting Alliance, LFA. This shows that more Nigerians can do well in the MMA if giving the right support."

Young who is also the chairperson of the women committee in the Nigeria Mixed Martial Arts Federation beat Norville by technical knockout in her fourth professional fight in the straw weight division on Friday night in the United States.

Speaking to reporters after the bout, Young said she never underrates her opponents and followed her team’s game plan.

“The thing is whoever steps into the cage to fight with me, I believe they have what it takes to be in the cage so I never underrate anybody, I believe she is well prepared.

“I just have to go in there, we have a game plan, we tried to make her move forward, I see she still has the energy then had to retreat and attack then I saw the opening and I got it and hit again.” she added.

Young started kickboxing 2005 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and in 2007 won the Kick-boxing World Championship title in Kharsruhe Germany, by so doing became the first female in Africa to win the title.
