...... Golan High School, Nycebreed others progress to Quarter Finals
The final round of the group stage of the Treasure FM Kids Football Competition saw Great Calvary School, Christabel International, Nazareth School and Goshen top their group to progress to the quarter finals spot as De-Divine Shammah, Golan High School, Vessel of Honour and Nycebreed all qualified in the competition as runners-up.
Great Cavalry School maintained an impressive performance at the ongoing Treasure FM Kids Football Competition setting an unbeaten record in the group stage amassing all 6 points from two games to top Group A.
Great Calvary walked over Istan 3-0 while Cristabel International School played a goaless draw with Golan High School to finish top in Group B with 4 points. Vessel of Honour who lost their first game of the tournament won Spring Valley 1-0 to emerge 2nd in group C on 3 points, with Nazareth School finishing top of that Group with 4 points. The last match of the day saw Goshen High School draw 0-0 with NyceBreed.
In the Quarter finals on Friday, Great Calvary lock horns with Golan High School at 12 noon, while Christabel International face De Devine Shammah at 1pm, Nazareth vs Nycebreed play at 2pm while Goshen and Vessel of Honour trade tackles at 3pm.
All games will be played at the Treasure FM Football Pitch, NTA Port Harcourt.
