WAI Brigade of Nigeria Set For Annual Camp

WAI Brigade of Nigeria, Rivers State Command is geared up towards its 2018 annual state camp as all is now set to host the maiden edition in Kpite, Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State.

This was made known by the chairman of the Main Organising Committee Cdr., Sunday Appah when he paid a visit to the Assistant State Commander Administration, ASC Awhayi D. A. in his office to brief him on the readiness of the camp.

Cdr. Sunday Appah stated that all resource person have all been contacted and other relevant logistics have been put in place to ensure a hitch free camping exercise.

"We have contacted all our resource persons and they are fully ready for us to hit the camp venue, and also we have finalise the issue of logistics for a hitch-free exercise".

According to the Chairman of the Committee while speaking to www.kelvianomedia.blogspot.com.ng disclose the arrival of campers into the venue and the process it will follow.

"The WAI Provost/Intelligence Unit would arrive the venue on Sunday as directed to screen the troop of campers who would be arriving on Monday for the One Week Training camp.

On his part, the Assistant State Commander on Administration, Cdr. Awhayi D. A. who was full of praises commended the effort of the chairman and his team for setting a pace that will usher in new era of training to the campers.

"I want to commend the chairman of the committee and his wonderful team for a job well done by ensuring a smooth and hitch-free camping exercise". He concluded.

The State Camp is an annual event that will this year runs from 12th to 17th August, 2018 in order to train and retrain the minds of its members on intelligence gathering and community policing
